The Quake Ricami factory covers over 2000 square metres and houses over 30 latest generation, electronically controlled, automatic embroidery machines including Tajima and ZSK units.
Our lines are equipped with fifteen 11-needle heads, special material heads and 43 metre laser cutting bridges capable of simultaneous functioning, so that two or more techniques may be employed in the same process.

Our machines can process all types of material, including leather, nylon, mesh, organza, silk, chiffon, technical fabrics, resin coated fabrics, reflective fabrics, satin look fabrics, plastic coated fabrics, woollens, wool, cotton, jersey, etc. and can apply chains, ribbons, pearls, raffia, laminates, metal sequins, piping, Swarovski crystal threads and woven decorations.
